Bios

Dr. Emna Monsanto is a veterinarian by profession. She graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. After passing the licensure exam in the same year, she has devoted much of her time managing her own animal clinic in Metro Manila.

She is an active member of various local and international veterinary professional organizations. She regularly attends seminars and conventions to keep abreast with the latest trends and developments in small animal practice.

She is a firm believer that humans & animals can peacefully co-exist. It is for this reason that for the past 3 years her clinic has been an active partner of Strays Worth Saving, a private SEC-registered organization that rescues stray, abandoned, and abused dogs & cats.

A private practitioner for the most of her adult life, she plans to retire from veterinary work three years from now and looks forward to scaling greater heights with EarthUs while traveling, gardening, cooking, and just enjoying a more laid-back lifestyle.
