A senior business executive with a proven track record in maximizing company resources to meet business and industry needs, managing simultaneous multi-regional projects, allocating budgets, training manpower, maintaining multi-national relationships with business partners, and utilizing operations to promote a client’s mission and further the company’s growth. She is adept at targeting underlying business needs, aligning structural goals, and revising company processes to achieve company targets.

She is backed by over 25 years of experience and expertise in Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, Operational and Project Management, Public Relations and CSR, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement and Implementation, Marketing and Events’ Organization, Compliance, Training and Negotiation.
During her stint in the US, she established Health Net’s Special Claims Department, and trained its members. In the Philippines, she worked with one of the pioneers in the industry of recruitment, consultancy, and start-up planning and operations affiliated with Ted Jacob Engineering Group in Oakland, California, USA. Florian also worked as a Consultant Marketing Director of Viesant Pharmaceutical Company.
One of the highlights of her career is leading the National Project Management Team of the first Philippine automated national and local elections. She recruited, trained, managed, and oversaw the operations involving 19,000 personnel assigned in the most challenging regions in the country, which includes the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao.
She received Recognitions/Citations from various government agencies here and abroad including the Ministry of Defense of the State of Kuwait.
She has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas and a certificate in Special Course on Public Administration from the University of the Philippines.
